One of the tools in a spiritual toolbox for calm and peace is to memorize words that feed the soul. This is so when hard times come you can choose to redirect your thoughts and attention to what lifts you up.

1. God is out to bless you
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”

2. God Goes Ahead of You
“For the Lord will go ahead of you; yes, the God of Israel will protect you from behind.”

“Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.”
